RESTORE of deleted contracts / waste basket
for legal/audit reasons, it should not be possible, that a single person may delete a contract permanently without second approval
Therefor it would be reasonable to move a contract to a "deleted" basket, where it could be restored or the deletion approved by a second person.
In Germany it is legally binding to store commercial data for at least 10 years2 votes -
detailed view of changes
necessary to review, whether a change was intentionally made by a user or e.g. a typo
If I can not only see, who changed something, but also WHAT, I can contact respective editor in order to clarify the change
Additonally it would be great, to get a comment field for every change, that was made, so that one has the opportunity to explain, why the modification was mad1 vote -
Master Data lists
define list of e.g. Customers to avoid different writings (Microsoft / Microsoft corp., etc.) and rebrand a customer if necessary

Chart view in pdf
Currently organization structure creates .svg and .png files, which are not welcomed by banks and others. Such files are also shown as picture and not as attachment when attaching to email (O365).

People Tagging
We would like to tie individuals to agreements in an area separate from our custom tags so they are easier to manage and report on. Could a new field be created for "Contract Team" that functions like the "Other Party" field and allows for multiple selections?

Make an option for the use of User provisioning through the Azure Active Directory. With this you can easily create users from your company in the ContractZen application.

Document preview

Domain Integration (Subdomain & Email)
Greater customisation welcomed:
- The ability to integrate a subdomain i.e. www.contracts.mycompany.com
- The ability to connect to an SMTP server to send emails from info@mycompany.com or info@contracts.mycompany.com
- Greater customisation of platform with custom colours and background (not only a choice of pre-defined colours).
- Customisation of email templates (Design & Content).

Private-Cloud, On-Prem or Containerised Offer
Give the opportunity for customers to manage deployment themselves using Private-Cloud at hosting provider of choice or on-premise.
This could enable costumers to comply with EU & Local Regulation at best.

Regulatory Flag
Have a flag/tag that allows users to tick when a contract may have regulatory implications. e.g. personal data is shared with a supplier that requires additional oversight from regulators/governments. GDPR, MDBN, Modern Slavery, etc or Financial Services companies that have additional requirements (due diligence, monitoring, etc) for material/critical suppliers

Contract signature date as input field
Will be a very useful metadata search field. Effective date & signature dates of contract not necessarily the same.

Custom Types that don't override
When mass editing, if you add new custom types to a group of documents, it shouldn't override their existing custom types, it should simply add a new custom type to those documents

Add standard email messages to Reminders
Add ability to create and choose standard templates for reminder email messages. This would simply be the text to include in the reminder email. This would be extremely helpful for external reminders and common deadlines, so you don't have to re-type them every time, and so that external parties will also get reminders, saving staff time.

Pick and choose which fields to export in Excel
I would like to pick and choose which fields to export into Excel. ContractZen exports several data fields that I don't ever need.

Allow external users to send documents to your inbox
Would be great if external users (e.g. people in my organization not using ContractZen) could send the documents (e.g. signed agreements) to my inbox in ContractZen. All the people in my organization cannot be ContractZen users.

Auto save function
Minutes of meetings need auto save function as all written content vanish away when your laptop do not cooperate

Associations also available at company menu
I like to use Contractzen for couple of Associations. I can use it now, but it would be much more professional if I have not only companies but also associations in contractzen. It need some modification for company page.
