Allow external users to send documents to your inbox
Would be great if external users (e.g. people in my organization not using ContractZen) could send the documents (e.g. signed agreements) to my inbox in ContractZen. All the people in my organization cannot be ContractZen users.

This would be also useful for allowing sending scanned agreements directly from MFP devices as email to ContractZen.
We are still analyzing if we could add this kind of features to the upcoming Enterprise tier subscription. There are, however, some important things to consider – security being notably one of them. In one scenario, customers could have a unique email address/inbox on a corporate/account level, to which named users could send emails. Customers could give access rights to the users who can access that inbox. So, unfortunately we have not implemented this yet. The need for this feature within our user base has also been very small, as our cloud service is so affordable (companies can have a lot of users and still enjoy a very low total price).

So at the moment you can only send emails from the email address you have registered with to ContractZen.
In case anyone could send the email to your ContractZen account, we would need to create a unique address to every user in ContractZen.
But we will investigate this more and find out if we could implement it at some point.
