The Adobe Acrobat Pro DC eSignature does not work in the integration we have, it is done with Adobe Sign. At least earlier, it was not possible to integrate with Adobe Acrobat eSign. We can check later on if it would be possible to integrate nowadays.
However, we do have three other eSign services integrated that are professional, inexpensive and support monthly payments. So, we would warmly recommend to try out DocuSign, SignHero or Assently. They are used by all kinds of organizations, from startups and non-profits to large corporations.

We will check if it could be possible to have a preview mode of the PDF files in the Teams app.
For your info, we are just researching options to view the Office documents inside ContractZen (instead of downloading them to your device).All improvement ideas are warmly welcome so please keep on suggesting!

We will add this to our backlog and think about it at some point, if it could be possible to implement an Excel import feature to import the companies to the Company Register tool.
However, we can already help you to import them as an add-on service. I have contacted you directly to discuss this further.

We are about to publish our Plus and Enterprise pricing plans soon. Within those plans, we are able to offer these customizations you mentioned.

We do not consider using any other hosting providers except Microsoft Azure as it is considered the most secure cloud with stringiest privacy policies and practices.
However, in the upcoming years, we are planning to offer our largest customers a possibility for an on-premise solution but there is not yet a timeline for this.Br,

We actually have this already on our product development backlog, just have not prioritized it yet. We will add more language options at some point, but unfortunately, we can't give you any exact timetable for this now (we have many cool features coming up soon), but we'll let you know once we move ahead with this!

Thank you very much for the idea!
We will review this and consider if this kind of metadata field could be added.
For now, we would suggest to use the Custom Types or Common Tags for this. When you create a new type or tag, it will create automatically a new folder to the Folder View. Also, you can then easily search those contracts with the filters in the Search View, and you can use the Saved Searches feature to save a search and find those contracts easily with just one click later on anytime you need them.
Also for your information, we will publish our new PLUS plan in the next coming months. Within that plan, it is possible to create your own metadata fields.

We are still analyzing if we could add this kind of features to the upcoming Enterprise tier subscription. There are, however, some important things to consider – security being notably one of them. In one scenario, customers could have a unique email address/inbox on a corporate/account level, to which named users could send emails. Customers could give access rights to the users who can access that inbox. So, unfortunately we have not implemented this yet. The need for this feature within our user base has also been very small, as our cloud service is so affordable (companies can have a lot of users and still enjoy a very low total price).

So at the moment you can only send emails from the email address you have registered with to ContractZen.
In case anyone could send the email to your ContractZen account, we would need to create a unique address to every user in ContractZen.But we will investigate this more and find out if we could implement it at some point.

However, we will still need to think that how are we going implement this keeping in mind the search functions, mass edit feature, reminders etc. But it will definitely be implemented at some point!At the moment, you could add the other contacts to the Remarks field. That is also indexed to the search so you can also search for words that are added to that field.

Thanks for your message and idea!
We discussed about this and technically it would be possible to implement. However, some of our clients use the service with more than one device. If the minutes are left open at one device, it will overwrite them on the other device(s) (in case they are opened there as well).
So we will still need to think how to solve this problem easily.

We will check later on if it would be possible to preview them (basically to open the PDF file in the browser as we do in other places in our service).
However, you can currently see the document names when you click "Add documents to this account" which will open the import popup (before actually importing them). So, it will hopefully tell you already something about them (assuming their name include some info about them).
