  2. Use of adobe acrobat pro DC.

    I've called adobe to get the Adobe Sign, but it's expensive. Even adobe says that DC is the same thing, but cheaper. This should be a priority. Smaller startups will find it comforting to have a sign option that is professional, inexpensive and supports monthly payments.

  3. Preview - Inbox

    It would be very nice to preview the documents from the inbox, so I can determine where it goes before being forced to place it somewhere.

  4. Can the meetings be recurring on a schedule?

    It would be nice if the meetings could reoccur on a particular schedule, so they don't get forgotten or overlooked.

  5. Document preview

    Would be great to have a preview mode of a document (especially within the MS Teams integration) instead of opening a new tab in a browser when we click on a file.

  6. Integration with invoice approval or financial management system

    I would like an integration with invoice approval or financial management system so we can permit approvers to see the associated contract when they are asked to approve invoices. Right now we need to upload the contracts into different systems and I'd rather have CZ as the single database of record. Thanks.

  9. Alphabetical Order of Types, Custom Types and Tags

    Hello there, currently, tags , types and custom types are not reflecting in alphabetical order, which makes it very hard to select everything you need to select. Please can you configure the system to show these tags alphabetically?

    Greater customisation welcomed:

    1. The ability to integrate a subdomain i.e. www.contracts.mycompany.com
    2. The ability to connect to an SMTP server to send emails from info@mycompany.com or info@contracts.mycompany.com
    3. Greater customisation of platform with custom colours and background (not only a choice of pre-defined colours).
    4. Customisation of email templates (Design & Content).

  11. Private-Cloud, On-Prem or Containerised Offer

    Give the opportunity for customers to manage deployment themselves using Private-Cloud at hosting provider of choice or on-premise.

    This could enable costumers to comply with EU & Local Regulation at best.

  12. Common tags reflecting should only be those relevant to the category

    Common tags reflecting should only be those relevant to the category i.e contracts, finance & admin, HR, etc.

    In other words, when I am in the contracts view, I should only be able to see and select common tags that are relevant to the contracts section (or are used in the contracts section).
    Currently I have for example common tags for terminations and new hires under my contracts section, as I am using those tags in the HR section.

  13. Regulatory Flag

    Have a flag/tag that allows users to tick when a contract may have regulatory implications. e.g. personal data is shared with a supplier that requires additional oversight from regulators/governments. GDPR, MDBN, Modern Slavery, etc or Financial Services companies that have additional requirements (due diligence, monitoring, etc) for material/critical suppliers

  14. Multiple Contact Persons for Contracts

    Sometimes a contract will have multiple points of contact. For example, it may have a Technical POC, a Contract Notice POC and a Project Manager POC. I would like the ability to add multiple contact persons for a contract and identify their purpose.

  16. Custom Types that don't override

    When mass editing, if you add new custom types to a group of documents, it shouldn't override their existing custom types, it should simply add a new custom type to those documents

  18. Add standard email messages to Reminders

    Add ability to create and choose standard templates for reminder email messages. This would simply be the text to include in the reminder email. This would be extremely helpful for external reminders and common deadlines, so you don't have to re-type them every time, and so that external parties will also get reminders, saving staff time.

  19. Pick up a new contract from CRM

    We often wind up with a contract that has been negotiated in a series of emails, all of them categorized under a single ”deal” in crm. It would be cool t nbe able to either fully automate the ”won deal to contractzen” or have a ”pick up a new deal from crm.”

    We use Pipedrive and are moving to Hubspot - both have excellent api’s.

  20. Pick and choose which fields to export in Excel

    I would like to pick and choose which fields to export into Excel. ContractZen exports several data fields that I don't ever need.
