RESTORE of deleted contracts / waste basket
for legal/audit reasons, it should not be possible, that a single person may delete a contract permanently without second approval
Therefor it would be reasonable to move a contract to a "deleted" basket, where it could be restored or the deletion approved by a second person.
In Germany it is legally binding to store commercial data for at least 10 years

I agree, having a restore bin with approval-based permanent deletion would improve both security and compliance. Audit logs and recovery options are becoming essential for financial and business records management today.
A similar focus on secure account handling and record access can also be seen in banking-related services like https://dubaiarchives.com/fab-balance-check/ where users need reliable access to important account information.

if a contract was deleted, it should not be deleted permanently, without a second approval
especially for contracts for legal audit reasons
