Vehicle Document Expiry Reminder Feature for Fleet Management
It would be great if ContractZen added a smart reminder system for vehicle-related documents such as insurance, registration, permits, and driving licenses.
Automatic alerts before expiry dates would help businesses avoid delays, penalties, and compliance issues while managing fleet contracts more efficiently.

Chart view in pdf
Currently organization structure creates .svg and .png files, which are not welcomed by banks and others. Such files are also shown as picture and not as attachment when attaching to email (O365).

Committee subcategory to Board meetings
Please modify the system to allow adding committees as sub-category to the Board meeting portal. This should allow managing alerts etc. so that only the relevant Board members receive committee alerts.
Board of Directors often establish committees in which only some Board members are active. Current Board portal overloads all the Board members with alerts when there is a committee related alert e.g. review comment to the minutes.

White labeling color scheme, logo
It would be great to have more color options that could be forced at the account level, versus user level, and to be able to replace the ContractZen logo with our company logo to give users a more customized feel in the system.

Alphabetical Order of Types, Custom Types and Tags
Hello there, currently, tags , types and custom types are not reflecting in alphabetical order, which makes it very hard to select everything you need to select. Please can you configure the system to show these tags alphabetically?

Pöytäkirja olisi hyvä saada avattua ja tulostettua myös ilman liitteitä MyFilesista. Muuten käy helposti niin, että tulostaa koko pinon paperia ja joutuu myös tekemään ylimääräistä jumppaa, että saa liitteet pois. Jos voisi lisätä vaikkapa paikan ruksille "sisällytä liitteet" tms.

Greater customisation welcomed:
- The ability to integrate a subdomain i.e. www.contracts.mycompany.com
- The ability to connect to an SMTP server to send emails from info@mycompany.com or info@contracts.mycompany.com
- Greater customisation of platform with custom colours and background (not only a choice of pre-defined colours).
- Customisation of email templates (Design & Content).

Automatically update Linked Documents
If a "Contract" and "Amendment" are linked in the "Contract" document, they don't show up as linked in the "Amendment" document. Can you automatically update linked documents so that we don't have to link a Contract to an Amendment, then go to the Amendment document and link the Amendment to the Contract.

A simple REST API to add new contracts
I'd like to see a simple REST API to send new contracts to ContractZen in a way that is internally similar to how email based documents are sent, but with an option of setting the contract metadata. This would help integrating CZ with our other tools.

include all contract info in export to excel or allow users to pick which info they want to export. right now, common tags do not seem to export to excel.

Extract ACTION POINTS from My Notes and auto-creation of a Table of Actions
Extract ACTION POINTS from My Notes and auto-creation of a Table of Actions would allow the user to download a complete list of actions to circulate to the owners of those actions. Meaning Contract Zen would need to create an option next to DECISION called ACTION BY or OWNED BY.

Allow external users to send documents to your inbox
Would be great if external users (e.g. people in my organization not using ContractZen) could send the documents (e.g. signed agreements) to my inbox in ContractZen. All the people in my organization cannot be ContractZen users.

Allowing for pence in the contract value
This will allow contracts where values don't round up to pounds/dollars etc. to still show the full amount

Logical ordering of custom tags
We're using a lot of custom tags to be able to generate very specific reports, but the order of the tags seems to change every time we open a record, which makes it hard to locate the necessary terms. Could the tags be ordered alphabetically? Also, the system slows to crawl when I need to add new tags. Can this be addressed?

Upload emails under contracts
Many times contracts are negotiated by email messages between parties. As a Lawyer I always need to know the history. Therefore I wish to upload relevant email correspondence and attach it under the specific contract
