  1. Contract Calendar to Outlook / Office 365

    By clicking a button after Reminders-title, there would appear a new calendar in Outook, which has all the important contract dates.

    Add a few user-defined fields so we can add Purchase Order number, board approval date, etc.

  4. A simple REST API to add new contracts

    I'd like to see a simple REST API to send new contracts to ContractZen in a way that is internally similar to how email based documents are sent, but with an option of setting the contract metadata. This would help integrating CZ with our other tools.

  6. Add digital signature feature to meetings

    This would really help as it is many times hard to collect signatures from board members who live further away or are constantly travelling.

  8. Upload emails under contracts

    Many times contracts are negotiated by email messages between parties. As a Lawyer I always need to know the history. Therefore I wish to upload relevant email correspondence and attach it under the specific contract

  9. Budjettiosio ja kalenterikutsut macille

    Ja sitten vielä kysymys. Saako järjestelmästä lähetettyä kokouskutsut macin mail ohjelmaan - entä suoraan järjestelmästä merkintä macin omaan kalenteriin niin että muut tiimiläiset näkevät kalenterimerkinnän? ps. microsoftia emme käytä.

  12. Domain Integration (Subdomain & Email)

    Greater customisation welcomed:

    1. The ability to integrate a subdomain i.e. www.contracts.mycompany.com
    2. The ability to connect to an SMTP server to send emails from info@mycompany.com or info@contracts.mycompany.com
    3. Greater customisation of platform with custom colours and background (not only a choice of pre-defined colours).
    4. Customisation of email templates (Design & Content).

  13. Allow external users to send documents to your inbox

    Would be great if external users (e.g. people in my organization not using ContractZen) could send the documents (e.g. signed agreements) to my inbox in ContractZen. All the people in my organization cannot be ContractZen users.

    include all contract info in export to excel or allow users to pick which info they want to export. right now, common tags do not seem to export to excel.

  15. Add a lighter theme for the user interface (e.g. grey with blue links)

    I really like the black theme, and its excellent for mobile use as it consumes less battery. However, some people (like me:) are accustomed to using apps like Outlook with lighter background color. So if the user could choose the one he prefers would be perfect.

    Automatic alerts before expiry dates would help businesses avoid delays, penalties, and compliance issues while managing fleet contracts more efficiently.

    Extract ACTION POINTS from My Notes and auto-creation of a Table of Actions would allow the user to download a complete list of actions to circulate to the owners of those actions. Meaning Contract Zen would need to create an option next to DECISION called ACTION BY or OWNED BY.
    Would really be a good selling point for Contract Zen.

  18. Allowing for pence in the contract value

    This will allow contracts where values don't round up to pounds/dollars etc. to still show the full amount

  19. Logical ordering of custom tags

    We're using a lot of custom tags to be able to generate very specific reports, but the order of the tags seems to change every time we open a record, which makes it hard to locate the necessary terms. Could the tags be ordered alphabetically? Also, the system slows to crawl when I need to add new tags. Can this be addressed?

  20. Integration of adobe echosign for signing contracts, is easy to integrate, not more then 1 day development, there is a very good api,

    Assently is very basic and often you have to sign on different pages
