By clicking a button after Reminders-title, there would appear a new calendar in Outook, which has all the important contract dates.

A simple REST API to add new contracts
I'd like to see a simple REST API to send new contracts to ContractZen in a way that is internally similar to how email based documents are sent, but with an option of setting the contract metadata. This would help integrating CZ with our other tools.

Upload emails under contracts
Many times contracts are negotiated by email messages between parties. As a Lawyer I always need to know the history. Therefore I wish to upload relevant email correspondence and attach it under the specific contract

Ja sitten vielä kysymys. Saako järjestelmästä lähetettyä kokouskutsut macin mail ohjelmaan - entä suoraan järjestelmästä merkintä macin omaan kalenteriin niin että muut tiimiläiset näkevät kalenterimerkinnän? ps. microsoftia emme käytä.

include all contract info in export to excel
include all contract info in export to excel or allow users to pick which info they want to export. right now, common tags do not seem to export to excel.

Committee subcategory to Board meetings
Please modify the system to allow adding committees as sub-category to the Board meeting portal. This should allow managing alerts etc. so that only the relevant Board members receive committee alerts.
Board of Directors often establish committees in which only some Board members are active. Current Board portal overloads all the Board members with alerts when there is a committee related alert e.g. review comment to the minutes.

Add a lighter theme for the user interface (e.g. grey with blue links)
I really like the black theme, and its excellent for mobile use as it consumes less battery. However, some people (like me:) are accustomed to using apps like Outlook with lighter background color. So if the user could choose the one he prefers would be perfect.

Extract ACTION POINTS from My Notes and auto-creation of a Table of Actions
Extract ACTION POINTS from My Notes and auto-creation of a Table of Actions would allow the user to download a complete list of actions to circulate to the owners of those actions. Meaning Contract Zen would need to create an option next to DECISION called ACTION BY or OWNED BY.

This will allow contracts where values don't round up to pounds/dollars etc. to still show the full amount

Logical ordering of custom tags
We're using a lot of custom tags to be able to generate very specific reports, but the order of the tags seems to change every time we open a record, which makes it hard to locate the necessary terms. Could the tags be ordered alphabetically? Also, the system slows to crawl when I need to add new tags. Can this be addressed?

Integration of adobe echosign for signing contracts, is easy to integrate, not more then 1 day development, there is a very good api,
Assently is very basic and often you have to sign on different pages
