Why is ContractZen now called Diliforce?

We have renamed ContractZen to Diliforce. Over the years, the product grew from contract management into a full governance platform — combining board portal, entity management, due diligence automation, and data rooms — so we wanted a name that reflects who we are today.

This change does not require any action from you. The platform, your data, your team, and your agreements remain exactly the same. ContractZen Ltd. continues to be our legal entity, so all existing contracts and invoices stay valid as they are.

You may still see the ContractZen name for a while — for example inside the platform, in emails, or in other FAQ articles — while we gradually roll out the new branding. This is expected and nothing to worry about.
