Using the AI Analysis List

The AI Analysis List is a personal feature that allows you to collect files from anywhere in your account (as long as you have access rights to them) and use those files in the AI Assistant. You can discuss a single file with the AI or select two files to compare them. Your list follows you everywhere in the service, so you can easily continue your work without needing to reopen the original document.

Adding a file to your AI Analysis List


You can add any attachment you have access to:
  1. Open the document where the attachment is located.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the attachment.
  3. Select Add to AI analysis list.



Using your AI Analysis List in the AI Assistant


Once files have been added to your list:
  1. Open the AI Assistant from anywhere in your account.
  2. Below the chat text box, click Add file(s) for analysis or comparison.
  3. Choose Select from your AI analysis list.
  4. Pick one file to analyze or two files to compare.



Uploading files from your device (optional)


You can also upload files directly from your device to the AI chat (maximum of two files). This is useful when you want to analyze files not stored in the system.
