How to send a reminder about the missing eSignatures to the signers?

This depends on the eSignature service you are using:
  • Assently: Open the contract, meeting, or entity where you started the eSigning process. You should see the Send Reminder button next to the signature case. Just click that, it will send a reminder to all signers who have not yet signed the document.
  • All other eSigning services (Adobe Sign, DocuSign, SignHero, Visma Sign): Reminders cannot be sent from ContractZen. You need to log in directly to your account in the eSigning service you are using. Find the signing case there to send a reminder.
