If the documents you send to inbox (inbox(at)my.contractzen.com) are not encoded properly, e.g. the Scandinavian letters (åäö) are not shown correctly, please check your email client settings.
At least in Microsoft Outlook, changing the encoding of your outgoing messages might fix the issue. Here's how to find the setting in Outlook:
1. Go to File
2. Go to Options
3. Select Advanced and scroll down to the International Options. You’re looking for the “Preferred encoding for outgoing messages” option.
The default setting usually is Western European, but we would recommend to change it to UTF-8. After that, the email encoding should work correctly.
