How can I change my email address?

You cannot directly update your email address because it serves as your unique identifier, and we cannot manually verify changes. However, you can easily work around this by following these steps:
  1. Remove the existing user: Ask your account admin to delete the user account associated with the old email address.
  2. Invite a new user: Have your admin invite a new user with the desired email address.
  • During the trial period: You can invite as many users as needed at no extra cost.
  • After the trial period: Credits for the deleted user will be added to your account, so you won’t incur additional charges for the new user.

Will I lose my data?


No data will be lost when removing a user. All your data, settings, and preferences will remain accessible with the new user account.
