How to add my company's VAT ID to my account?

You can add the ID to your account in the registration phase. After you have clicked the account activation link you receive in your email and you sign in for the first time, you can add your company's VAT ID. But you can also add the ID anytime you want after the registration by following these steps (in case you are account's admin):

1. Click your profile picture in the upper right hand corner.
2. Click Account.
3. Click Edit Settings.
4. Add the ID to VAT Number field.
Please add the ID starting with the country code.




All ContractZen's prices are VAT exclusive. VAT will be added to EU customers based on the Member State VAT rate where the customer is located unless a valid VAT number is provided. In case you are located in the EU, please remember to add your VAT ID before you add credit card details so the VAT won't be added to the payment.
