I need help with the service/ I have something to ask from the ContractZen team/ I am having problems with the service, how do I get help?

If you have any questions about ContractZen, please do not hesitate to contact us through the software. Just click the question mark in the header and then "Ask for help". You can take a screenshot or upload it from your computer as an attachment to the message. Our whole team will receive the message and contact you as soon as possible. We use UserVoice ( as the helpdesk tool.

If, for some reason, you cannot send a message through our software, you can always send us an email at contact(at) But we always recommend contacting us through the software, because that way our whole team receives the message, and we can help you more quickly.
